Cinnamon Buns
Cinnamon Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water, 1 qt. scalded milk, 2 c. mashed potatoes without milk, 1 c. margarine and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix yeast, milk, potatoes, margarine and sugar.
Add flour. Mix well and let stand 20 minutes.
Add eggs, salt and 11 to 12 cups flour. Knead really well.
Let rise until double.
Punch down and roll out for buns.
Spread on butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Makes approximately 13 pans.
