Cinnamon Buns
Cinnamon Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes granular yeast, 1 c. milk, 6 tbsp. sugar, 2 eggs and 6 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Soften yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
Scald milk.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar and salt.
Cool to lukewarm; add yeast.
Stir well.
Beat in eggs and 4 tablespoons butter.
Add flour, stirring, until moderately firm dough is formed.
Turn dough out on lightly floured board; knead until dough is smooth and not sticky.
Roll up; cut into slices.
Put buns on buttered baking sheet.
Cover; let rise 30 minutes (or double in bulk).
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes, or until brown.
