Cinnamon Bread
Cinnamon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. water, 2 c. milk, scalded, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soften yeast in warm water.
Combine hot milk, sugar, salt and shortening.
Stir in 2 cups flour.
Add softened yeast. Add remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
Knead, then place in bowl and cover.
Let rise until double, then punch down and let rise again.
Divide dough in half and roll each in a rectangle.
Brush lightly with melted butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Tightly roll dough as for jelly roll. Place in greased loaf pan.
Let rise, then bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
