Cinnamon Bread
Cinnamon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 1 1/4 c. sugar, divided, 1 egg, 1 c. buttermilk and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine and mix all the ingredients, except half the sugar and half the cinnamon.
Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Pour half the batter into three lightly greased 6 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Sprinkle with half of the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Swirl lightly with a knife.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until bread tests done.
Makes 3 loaves.
