Cinnamon Bars
Cinnamon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg yolk, 2 cups sifted all purpose flour and 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
Add egg yolk, mix.
Add flour sifted with cinnamon.
Pat into ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
Pour unbeaten egg white over surface - drain excess.
Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped pecans, pressing lightly with hand.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Cut into bars while hot.
May be made ahead of time - freezes well.
Yield: 4 dozen.
