Cincinnati Pie
Cincinnati Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained, 1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained, 1 c. cauliflower, cut in pieces and 2 carrots, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine ground beef, potato, peas, corn, cauliflower, carrots and onion in a large cast-iron skillet.
Add mushroom soup, spreading evenly over vegetables-beef mixture.
Pour batter over all to create topping.
Place skillet in a preheated 350Β° oven for approximately 45 minutes.
Test corned beef topping with a toothpick for doneness.
Remove skillet from oven.
Let stand 10 minutes.
