Cincinnati Chili
Cincinnati Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (14 oz.) can peeled, whole tomatoes, 1 small onion, chopped and 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large saucepan, cook ground beef and onion until onion is tender and ground beef is no longer pink.
Drain fat from meat. Add the remaining ingredients; stir well.
Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Remove bay leaf and garlic toe.
Serve over hot, drained spaghetti noodles.
Top each serving with grated Cheddar cheese.
