Cincinnati Chili
Cincinnati Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 large onions, chopped, 1 (30 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (30 oz.) can crushed tomatoes and around 1/2 tbsp. chili powder (more or less to taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat and 1 chopped onion; drain.
Add cans tomatoes and spices.
Bring to boil.
Simmer at least 1 hour.
Cook spaghetti. Put kidney beans, cheese and onions in separate bowls.
Add chili as a sauce to spaghetti.

Very filling.
A different twist on chili with company.
