Church Windows
Church Windows is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 large (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits, 1 bag colored miniature marshmallows and shredded coconut or powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine and chocolate bits; cool.
Add chopped pecans and marshmallows.
Mix and form 2 logs from the mixture.
Roll in coconut or powdered sugar on waxed paper.
Wrap in waxed paper or aluminum foil; put in refrigerator to cool.
Slice in thin slices.
