Church Windows
Church Windows is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 10 oz. miniature marshmallows, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 12 oz. chocolate chips and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread 1/2 of the coconut on bottom.
In double boiler, melt margarine.
Add chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth.
Let cool, then add marshmallows and stir.
Spread over coconut; sprinkle the rest of coconut over the top.
Put in the refrigerator for several hours, then cut into squares.
