Church Window Cookies
Church Window Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 12 oz. chocolate chips, 10 oz. colored miniature marshmallows, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter and chips.
Beat until cold and add nuts and vanilla.
Finally add marshmallows.
Divide into 2 rolls.
Roll in coconut that has been spread on waxed paper.
Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.
Slice and serve. These freeze well.
