Church Supper Potato Salad
Church Supper Potato Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Made with potatoes, boiled in jackets and sliced, cabbage (green or red), shredded, qt. mayonnaise or salad dressing, onions, sliced in rings (red makes good color) and green peppers, sliced in rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, begin with a layer of shredded cabbage.
Add a layer of potatoes, salt, pepper and celery seed.
Add layer of onion rings, pepper rings and boiled egg slices.
Spread with mayonnaise.
