Chunky Barbecue Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 lb. lean beef, cut in small cubes, 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix, 2 c. tomato soup, 1/2 c. catsup and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Brown meat in large skillet sprayed with vegetable pan spray.
Add remaining ingredients; mix.
Place in a 2-quart casserole.
Cover.
Bake for 2 hours.
Water may be added, if desired.
