Chuck Wagon Pot Roast
Chuck Wagon Pot Roast is an impressive dinner. Made with beef chuck roast, 2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. shortening and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Remove most of fried meat from pan.
Pour off drippings.
Pour can of soup into pan, stir well to loosen browned bits.
Add 1/4 cup water and 2 to 4 tablespoons meat drippings, as desired. Heat, stir often.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Especially good with beef, chicken, ham and pork.
