Chuck Wagon Pie
Chuck Wagon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chopped beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 1 1/4 c. milk and 3/4 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Fry beef and onion until brown; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix. Spread meat in a 10-inch greased pie plate and top with drained chilies.
Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth.
Pour over meat and bake for 20 minutes at 400Β°.
Arrange tomatoes over pie and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake an additional minute or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
