Chuck Roast
Chuck Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 chuck roast, 1 can mushroom soup, 2 tbsp. oil (mazola or crisco), 1 pkg. onion soup and lawry's salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sprinkle roast with Lawry's salt.
Using medium heat, brown the roast on both sides in 2 tablespoons oil (Mazola or Crisco). Spread the mushroom soup on top of the roast, then sprinkle the onion soup mix on top.
Put lid on and cook 1 1/2 hours using medium or low heat.
Your gravy will be made and ready to eat.
