Chuck Roast
Chuck Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 lb. chuck roast, 3 large onions, diced, 14 oz. ketchup, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 1 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place roast in a glass baking dish.
Mix ingredients and pour over chuck roast.
Cook for 5 hours, covered, at 325Β°.
When done, break meat apart with fork.
