Chuck Roast
Chuck Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place one package Lipton soup on heavy-duty aluminum foil.
On this, place chuck roast; salt lightly.
On top of roast, add soup (two cans may be used for more gravy).
Fold foil over tightly; bake at 300Β° for one hour per pound.
(Never cook under 3 hours.) When roast is done, gravy is made.
