Christmas Sparkler
Christmas Sparkler is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed, 2 tbsp. lime juice or lemon juice, 1 fifth sparkling pink catawba grape juice, chilled, 1 (28 oz.) bottle lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled and lime or lemon slices, cut in half (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a bowl, press strawberries through a sieve.
Stir lime or lemon juice into pulp.
Cover; chill.
Place strawberry pulp in a large punch bowl.
Carefully pour grape juice and lemon-lime carbonated beverage into chilled pulp, stirring with an up and down motion.
When serving punch, garnish each serving with a lime or lemon slice, if desired.
Makes 18 (4 ounce) servings.
