Christmas Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 ritz crackers, rolled fine, 1 c. pecans, chopped coarse, 1 tsp. baking powder, 3 egg whites and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix nuts, baking powder and crackers and fold into beaten egg whites.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
