Christmas Nuts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bag whole pecans, 1 egg white, 1 tsp. water, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg white with fork until frothy; add in water and beat again.
On the side, mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Pour over nuts and mix.
Place nuts on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
