Combine egg white and water.

Beat until very stiff.

Add nuts and coat well.

Stir combined sugar and cinnamon into nut mixture. Arrange in 1 layer on well greased brown paper (grocery sack) cut to fit cookie sheet.

Break up while still warm (not hot) at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
