Christmas Ice Cream
Christmas Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, 1 (1 lb.) box coconut macaroons, 3/4 c. slivered almonds, 1/2 lb. red and green candied cherries and sherry to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Soften the ice cream in a large bowl.
Crush macaroons and stir into ice cream.
Add remaining items and mix well.
Place in refrigerator trays and freeze.
