Christmas Eggnog
Christmas Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 egg whites, 6 egg yolks, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 pt. light cream and 1 pt. rich milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg whites until foamy and stiff and gradually beat in 1/2 cup of the sugar.
Beat egg yolks until thick and beat in remaining sugar, cream and milk. Add flavoring (vanilla to taste or 1 cup of sherry).
Lastly, fold in egg white mixture and serve in a punch bowl with nutmeg sprinkled over the top.
