Christmas Date Roll
Christmas Date Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white sugar, 1 c. milk, 1 c. ground dates, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook milk and sugar soft ball stage.
Add dates and stir until well the hard ball stage. Remove from heat.
Add nuts and vanilla and cool until it can be kneaded.
Long roll in cloth wrung out of cold water. Roll in sugar, then wrap in wax paper.
The candy will keep indefinitely and is moist and delicious.
