Christmas Crunch
Christmas Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. light karo syrup, 1 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil syrup, butter, sugar and salt together for 5 minutes at medium-high.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and soda; return to heat and cook 2 more minutes.
Pour over Rice Chex, almonds and coconut; mix well.
Pour out onto greased cookie sheet (large). Cool, cut and eat.
