Christmas Cheese
Christmas Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. american cheese, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. ripe olives, cut fine and 1 c. nuts, cut fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grate cheese and garlic; add cream cheese, salt and milk to soften.
Add olives and nuts.
Form into a roll and roll in paprika.
Keep in wax paper in the refrigerator.
Serve with crackers.
