Christmas Candy
Christmas Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium size irish potato, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 jar chunky peanut butter and waxed paper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel potato.
Boil until done.
Mash while hot.
Add powdered sugar, a little at a time, until you have a dough-like mixture. Roll out on waxed paper.
Dough should be about 1/2-inch thick. Spread enough peanut butter to evenly cover dough.
Roll up.
Chill overnight.
Slice into pieces.
