Chow Mein
Chow Mein is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger or chow mein meat, 2 tsp. beef bouillon, 3 c. cut celery, 2 cut up onions and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fry hamburger or chow mein meat.
Combine with beef bouillon, celery, onion, salt, soy sauce and water; cover and cook 20 minutes.
Add cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 cup water to thicken. Then add drained bean sprouts, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Add Kitchen Bouquet for color.
Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
