Chow Mein
Chow Mein is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3 tbsp. oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. onion, diced and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat in oil. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Push meat to one side in pan. Add onion and celery. Cook over low heat until soft.
Stir in bean sprouts, soup and milk.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with noodles.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
