Chow Chow is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 bushel uncut cucumbers, 12 small green tomatoes, 1 small bunch celery, 6 to 7 onions and 3 green peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grind first 8 ingredients and blend together.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Boil until hot and add to ground garden vegetables and boil 15 or 20 minutes.
Put into quart jars and seal.
