Chow Chow
Chow Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. green tomatoes, 2 sweet green peppers, 2 sweet red peppers, 2 large mild onions and 1 small head cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare vegetables and chop fine.
Add salt and let stand overnight.
Drain and press out all liquid, if possible.
Add other ingredients and bring to a boil.
Simmer 2 hours over low flame.
Stir frequently.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
