Chow-Chow
Chow-Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 peck tomatoes, 6 large onions, 1 pt. vinegar, 1 tbsp. cloves and 1 tbsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash tomatoes; peel and cut up in large pot.
Cut up onions and add to tomatoes.
Cut up hot peppers and add to tomatoes and onions.
Add vinegar, cloves, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar and white sugar.
Cook 2 hours or until onions are done.
Put in clean jars and seal.
