Chow Chow
Chow Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 bushel green tomatoes, 10 red bell peppers, 8 onions, 5 chili peppers and 3/4 gal. apple cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grind the green tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and chili peppers in a food chopper.
Then squeeze out all the juice you can.
Put vinegar, 5 pound bag of sugar and half of another 5 pound bag of sugar and some pickling spice (wrapped up).
Let come to a boil.
Pour in chopped ingredients and cook about 1 hour. Cook until liquid is about evaporated.
Put into jars and seal.
