Chow Chow
Chow Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 c. chopped cabbage, 2 medium chopped green peppers, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. salt and 1 tsp. celery seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix first four ingredients.
Leave 1 hour, then drain for 3 hours.
Heat remaining ingredients to boiling.
Put the vegetables in jars, pour vinegar mix over vegetables and cover tightly.
Can put jalapeΓ±o peppers and red pepper to taste. Great for eating with beans and rice.
