Chow Chow
Chow Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 gal. chopped cabbage, 1 gal. green tomatoes, chopped, red bell pepper, 1 or 2 green bell peppers and 1 qt. chopped onion (3 large), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put layer of cabbage, layer of tomatoes, layer of cucumbers and layer of salt.
Keep layering with cabbage on top layer.
Let stand overnight in large crock.
