Chow Chow is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 stalks celery, diced, 12 peppers, diced, 1 qt. lima beans (great northern), 6 carrots, sliced and 2 heads cauliflower, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Make a juice of sugar, vinegar, water. salt and turmeric.
Pour over vegetables.
Add sweet pickles and mix well.
Pour into jars. Heat in canner for 10 to 15 minutes to seal.
