Chow Chow
Chow Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. chopped cabbage, 2 large onions, chopped, 3 sweet peppers, chopped, 2 or 3 cucumbers, cubed and 1/3 c. coarse salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
