Chow Chow
Chow Chow is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 56 minutes. Made with large green tomatoes, red pepper, green peppers, large onions and c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grind tomatoes, peppers and onions using a coarse grinder. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thick (about 2 hours). Stir frequently to prevent burning.
Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal immediately.
Very good on cooked greens.
Great on hot dogs.
Makes 4 pints.
