Chow Chow
Chow Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large cauliflower, 1 qt. dill pickles, 1 (11 1/2 oz.) jar cocktail onions, 1 (11 or 12 oz.) jar relish and 1 1/2 (6 oz.) bottle prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut cauliflower in flowerets and parboil in salted water. Cool.
Cut pickles in pieces.
Mix all ingredients together.
Let stand for approximately 1 day in icebox.
Mix and stir 2 or 3 times during the day.
Put into jars.
