Chow Chow
Chow Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large heads cabbage, 6 large onions (vidalia if possible), 20 medium green tomatoes, 6 green bell peppers and 2 red bell peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grind all vegetables together in food processor for fine chop or hand chop for coarse chop (recommend hand chop all tomatoes and red pepper).
Add other ingredients and cook on medium heat to bring to a boil, then boil on low heat for 30 minutes.
Makes 10 to 12 quarts.
