Chow-Chow
Chow-Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 qt. ground green tomatoes, 1 qt. onions, 1 1/2 pt. sugar, allspice to taste (i use 1 1/4 tsp.) and 2 small cabbages, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grind tomatoes.
Put 1 cup of salt over them and let stand 2 hours.
Squeeze out and mix with other ingredients which have also been ground up.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Put in jars and seal.
