Choufleur Delight
Choufleur Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower, 1/4 c. minced green onion, 1/2 c. minced celery leaves, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. vinaigrette dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Separate the cauliflower into florets.
Place these in a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
Put the onion, celery leaves, sour cream, caraway seed, salt and Vinaigrette Dressing in a smaller bowl and stir until blended. Add this mixture to the florets and stir in thoroughly.
Line a salad bowl with lettuce leaves before adding the salad.
Makes about 8 servings.
