Chopstick Tuna
Chopstick Tuna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles (2 c.), 1 (6 1/2 to 7 or 9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, 1 c. diced celery and 1/2 c. salted toasted cashews, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine soup and 1/4 cup water.
Add 1 cup noodles, tuna, celery, cashews and onion; toss lightly.
Place in ungreased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining noodles over top. Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
