Chopped Liver
Chopped Liver is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cleaned chicken livers, 1 large onion, 2 hard-cooked eggs, 2 tbsp. butter, melted and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat broiler.
Broil livers for 1 minute on each side. Chop onion coarsely.
Add liver and chop until fairly smooth.
Add eggs and chop them coarsely.
Mix in butter and season to taste. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
Serve with thin slices of buttered toast.
