Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. veal or beef, 1/2 lb. pork, salt and pepper, 1 c. celery, chopped and 1 c. onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut meat in cubes; brown and add salt and pepper.
Add celery, onions and green pepper.
Cook until transparent; add water and molasses.
Add mixed vegetables.
When almost done, add mushrooms. Thicken with cornstarch.
Serve on rice.
Serves 4. Can be frozen. Cook rice when used.
