Chocoroon Pie
Chocoroon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. baker's unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 3/4 c. sugar and 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat.
Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Combine milk and coconut and spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2 to 1 inch border.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
