In a bowl, mix oleomargarine, sugar and cocoa.
Add 3 eggs while mixing.
Slowly add flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Beat in 1/2 cup milk.
Stir in zucchini, nuts and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
