Cream sugar, butter and oil.
Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Mix well. Sift together flour, allspice, cinnamon, salt, soda and cocoa, mixing with creamed mixture.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour into pan and sprinkle with 1/2 to 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
