Chocolate Town Special Cake

Combine sugar and shortening, then add eggs, vanilla, flour, soda, salt and milk and mix.
Boil 1/2 cup water and add Hershey's cocoa.
Add to other ingredients and mix.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
